200 tests seems to be quite a lot, but I merged anyway and amount of tests can be adjusted if needed.

Reading the description, it is fine for the Ruby version it was originally written for over a decade ago. On the one hand, I'd somewhat agree with the other language versions stating to capitalize the first letter, but any clarification needed is given in the examples of given input and expected output.

2. I really don't like it when I rack up failed attempts due to missing requirements in the Description. Please fix the description to mention name in format: first letter UPPER CASE, rest of the name LOWER CASE. NOWHERE is it mentioned that a fully uppercase name will be passed as argument.
