It seems you still don't get it. Change back the function's name from has_subpattern to the original format_money.

Don't change the function's name, it should be format_money, this is the initial code:

def format_money(amount):
    pass

You've changed it to has_subpattern and the tests can't find it with that name.

I´m getting cannot import name 'format_money' in test.But locale imported. On my IDE all fine.
