Collections are a way for you to organize kata so that you can create your own training routines. Every collection you create is public and automatically sharable with other warriors. After you have added a few kata to a collection you and others can train on the kata contained within the collection.

Generally the important thing is not what is logged, but what is returned. Sometimes it happens that users think their logs okay but they return something else.
If it's not this, then it's difficult to tell without knowing your code.
I think it does not work for
p0 = 1
percent = 0.5
aug = 0.5
p = 2
it is getting me logs that are equal to the right answer, but still marking my exercise as failed, any clue?
