This is a good excercise, but unfortunately the Kata implementation in Codewars for PostgreSQL does not provide any guidance on specific errors, this makes the output information irrelevant and unecessarily frustrating.

Also, since the syntax for functions are too sparse between SQL engines and versions, this challenge is very niche to this exact product/version.

But after some small truggling I was able to complete it, nice challenge.
