TypeScript translation

• Based on existing JavaScript version.
• I had to move a bunch of the security stuff from the preloaded section to the test cases, because the TypeScript compiler optimizes import side-effects away. Someone please review whether or not this change broke things.

I haven't solved this kata, but it is currently failing for Forth, because of a recent change in the test framework.
If someone can pick this up, I know about the details and can help to fix it. Please contact me if necessary.
