Python new test framework required

Python intitial solution contains tab indentation, which is additionally mixed with spaces, causing tests to fail to run.

Ruby fork which resolves the issues regarding the outdated test checking functions (regex and description fix will come out later, I hope)

should be rated 6 kyu at least
