Small hand will point exactly at 3 only at a full hour. If it's already past three, the short hand must be somewhere between 3 and 4. If short and long hand overlap on your clock at 3:15, then your clock unfortunately seems to be broken, or the hands are attached somewhat loosely.

I may have lost my mind, but looking at the wall clock at 3:15 p.m., I see that both hands are pointing to the right, i.e. they overlap each other and point to the number 3. Thus, the smallest angle between the hands is 0. What I'm wrong about?

For example, the time is "15:15".
How can the angle be 7.5? It should be equal to 0.
The first test expects 7.5.

As cwps hinted, OP was calling die() and thus exiting the tests early, which interferes with the test framework. Closing as this is normal behavior on Codewars.

Isn't this true for all kata? "If you don't know how to solve the kata, then you won't be able to solve it!" That in itself doesn't make the kata bad.
