info@codewars.com, or reaching out to mods via#contact-modschannel on Codewars Discord.Regarding your friend, they were not permamently banned. They were temporarily suspended for disruptive behavior and the suspension expires in two days (48 hours). They can just wait out the suspension and continue using Codewars like before (but without spamming). I am not able to lift the suspension, but I can bring your question to the attention of community administrators and they will decide if the suspension can be lifted, or will stay in effect for two days.
